Project title: Marketing pack for sale of The Bottle Yard Studios and TBY2.

The success of the both the original Bottle Yard Studios site and the new TBY2 facility has encouraged owners Bristol City council to consider selling - to the right investor, on the provision that it will retain its production facility status. See a recent blog post about it here. As my history with the brand goes back to the very beginning, I was thrilled to be asked by the client to put together a marketing pack for potential buyers.
